What results can we expect from the treatment?
Laser hair removal means that we treat with high energy, short-term light pulses at a single wavelength. The hair follicle is heated to 65-70 degrees. This destroys it, but does not damage the environment of the hair follicle.
Regardless of the strength and location of the hair, 6-8 treatments are needed for perfect results, but after the first few treatments, the hair will be noticeably less.
It is very important to follow the rules between/before treatments:
- do not expose the area to direct sunlight for 3-4 days before the treatment,
- it is recommended to use a 50 factor sunscreen for 4-5 days after the treatment.
- it is forbidden to use resin or tweezers between treatments. Only shaving is recommended.
- tanning beds, saunas or activities involving increased sweating are prohibited 48 hours before the treatment.
- it is forbidden to exfoliate the skin in the week before the treatment.
The treatment lasts from 5 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the treated surface.
